DailyGrain Foods – Standard Terms of Supply
1. Quality Guarantee
DailyGrain Foods guarantees that all Palm Oil and Foodstuffs are sourced directly from Odan farms and are 100% pure, unadulterated, and of premium grade.
Customers must inspect the quality upon delivery. Any complaints regarding quality must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Pricing and Payments
Price Validity: Due to the fluctuating nature of farm produce, prices quoted are valid for 48 hours only.
Commitment Fee: For large wholesale orders (25L and above), a minimum of 50% down payment is required to secure the stock.
3. Credit Policy
Retail Credit: Payment for 5L–10L orders must be settled within 3 days.
Wholesale Credit: Payment for 25L orders must be settled within 7 days (Weekly).
Default: No new orders will be processed or delivered to any customer with an outstanding/overdue balance.
4. Delivery and Logistics
Delivery within Sango Ota is scheduled within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
While we strive for "Direct-to-Door" delivery, customers in restricted areas may be required to meet the delivery agent at a designated pick-up point.
5. Container Policy
All 25L Jerry Cans remain the property of DailyGrain Foods unless purchased outright by the customer.
Customers are expected to return empty containers in clean condition or opt for a "Swap" during the next delivery.
